Refused or returned items that are not Pre-Authorized will not be accepted; Pre-Authorization will be granted at the discretion of JustUkuleles.com.

JustUkuleles.com is pleased to offer refund for or replacement of any product that has not been misused, or intentionally damaged within 30 days of purchase. Customer satisfaction is our goal!

We do not refund shipping on returns or pay for return shipping; a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless we incorrectly processed the ordered item.
